During a soccer game in Bosnia two supporting fan groups fought each other like it was a war all over again.
Game was taking place in Siroki Brijeg, a city that is the center of a Croat held part of Bosnia - against Sarajevo team (majority Muslim).
Riots left the city burning. Dozens of cars were burned down and many injured. Reports have it that these crazy bastards broke into people's houses and stabbed random people. Just because of nationality.
One guy (from Sarajevo) got shot with a gun and died. Two others are critical.
Nationalism is culminating in Bosnia as much as it was during the bitter war in the 90's.
Country is a burning pot of hate. It's basically divided into three zones (even geographically): Serbian, Croatian and Muslim.
What should be done here? I was talking to a guy referring to yesterdays riots. He went on to say that Bosnia should have had been divided years ago.
I'm very opposed to that idea. For a start, when this notorious plan was coined back in the 90's -Serbs and Croats would divide the land and throw expel the Muslim people - but where? Kill them? That's a freaking genocide, some people don't quite dig that even today.
What do you think comrades, any opinions on this?
