Which version are you looking for, and do you need the full IDE or just something that can compile compatible code (from a command prompt or something).
If you tell me which version you need (there are multiple versions for MS-DOS, One or two for windows 3.1) I can try to help you track it down, or track down something compatible with it.
Supposedly, Free Pascal (http://www.freepascal.org/) is compatible with Turbo Pascal, if you don't need the entire development environment.
EDIT:
Just thought I'd add
http://edn.embarcadero.com/article/20803 << Turbo Pascal 5.5
http://edn.embarcadero.com/article/20792 << Turbo Pascal 3.02
http://edn.embarcadero.com/article/20693 << Turbo Pascal 1.0
All are free for download, provided by Borland for their "historical interest". If your school is using one of these old versions for DOS then one of these should work. You may need to install DOSbox (http://www.dosbox.com/) for DOS compatibility depending on your version of windows (I assume you are using windows). Hope this is everything you need.
