I would like to continue the artist focus legacy. If you want to suggest artists to do, methods by which to do them, or anything else, this is the thread to do so.

If you could, please provide reasons why the artist should be nominated. I would like to focus on leftist artists, but I'm open to other suggestions.

I'll probably merge this thread with the other artist focus thread eventually but I wanted more visibility to start with. Also, I'll be gone over the weekend, so I wanted to start the thread before I left so I can gather some ideas before I start a whole new system.

So, suggestions / ideas?

How about Saul Williams? Awesome rapper. :) Did "The Pledge To Resist".

The rest of his hip-hop is quality too.

A young child stares at a glowing screen transfixed by tales of violence
His teenage father tells him that that's life
Not that barney shit
A purple dinosaur that speaks of love
A black man that speaks of blood
Which one is keeping it real, son?
Who manufactured your steel, son?

I'll second Saul Williams.

It's like NIN meets Public Enemy.
I hope industrial hip-hop takes off.

The NiggyTardust album is a must.

I'll try to keep this alive by nominating Edinburgh band Ballboy.
