Basically, Fiona and her disabled daughter Francesca were tormented and bullied by locall youths for 10years and the police and council (the same council i live under) did absolutely nothing to help. She couldn't cope no more and killed herself and her daughter.

I have just seen it on the news, and it showed one of the bastards that did it and his family (Alex Simmons and his parents and grandmother).
These people showed no remorse, and i think it is fucking sick that they treat people that live on their estate in such a way... to me, not only bullies and murderers, they are TRAITORS!

Jack Straw the justice secretary was questioned about this, and he was almost flipent about it... He doesnt understand the problems that are on the streets, he lives in a 'gated community', why arent people terrorising his area... Not ONE politician speaks for people like us, and this shit happens all the time.

How the fuck can anyone destroy peoples lives that face the same problems as them! They are evidently Working Class traitors, and they should be dealt with in the same way we deal with the BNP (also traitors).

What are your thoughts on this subject?
And for the communists (and anarcho communists) how would you deal with this situation after a revolution?

This would not have happened in Republican controlled areas of Ireland those scum would have been kneecapped and expelled from the community (if they were lucky).

This is all down to Charnwood council, which are the most corrupt bunch of bastards you can imagine. I live in Charnwood and this is a big reason why i'm doing the Class War thing, because as Pogue said, it cant be tolerated by the people, the police won't do anything. I dunno mate, my mates mate got done for somthing that to me was acceptable... this guy had his car broke into twice by the same guy, the coppers did nothing, literally fuck all because there was no proof...
So he connected the battery up to a part of the car (not sure if it was ignition or handle) and this somehow gave the guy a sudden heart attack... and he got done.......
Now, i no that it was a 'serious' injury caused by this.... BUT, he shouldnt of been breaking into his car... and his intention was never to cause a major injury...

This is just an example, but people should have the power to defend themselves and their liberty (i know its only property, but it still aint nice to have it done to ya)

Also, a note on this subject... in the village where this happened, there is a police presence there protecting the families they showed on tv...

This, well, this is on a much smaller scale than anything on Pennyslvania Ave or Downing St but damn, it is disgusting.

Reading it's akin to getting punched at the bottom of the sternum. You're angry, but it's so sickening, senseless, and inhumane you have a hard time finding the right words. I can luckily say that I've never seen anything quite as despicable as that, though I'm sure everyone here is witness to the second class citizenship given to those with mental disablities. The stares, the silence, the customer service rep who becomes a complete prick when dealing with someone who shows any sign of having a disability.
