I don't know what two books to buy next off of Amazon.com, and although most of you probubly aren't familar with the subject, I'm divided over Elaine Pagels "Origions of Satan" and "Adam, Eve and the Serpent" or Stephan Hoeller's two books on Jungian philosophy.... which to choose?

I've read a lot of Jung. I've read some compartive studies between him and Freud. I really like Jung;s theory of Archetypes, especially the Anima and Animus. pretty interesting stuff!!!

I've been reading a book of his (his last) called Man and his symbols.

Some Jung theories:

I like Jungian thinking. It jives pretty nicely with Gnosticsm.

Joseph Cambell equates it even more than Jung in Power of Myth.
Also, Mercia Eliade has some really good persona work.
