I'm expecting the Motorcycle Diaries in the mail any day now, and I would like to hear fellow Marxists opinions of what they thought. Any favorite parts? How accurate is it? Are there any other books or articles I should be reading that may be better? I appreciate any feedback. Keep the faith my brothers and sisters, keep the faith.

welcome to the board kid your most welcome.

the motorcycle diaries are not political they really just show what che and his travel companion did when they went around south america on a motorbike.

it is really good though, i enjoyed it, the book goes through how they became doctors and travelled to leper colonies and helped victims.

There's quite an amusing part involving some peaches ripening on a roof, but i won't spoil too much. That was a hilarious part of the book. The first is better than the second, but overall I prefer Jon Lee Anderson's bio.
