By far this book is the best source of information on the various acts of U.S. imperialism throughout the past 60 years.

Before I read this book I hated U.S. Imperialism, after I read it I just hated it even more; & with a passion.

William Blum writes accurately, & always states the sources of his information via footnotes.

Mr. Blum is not a Marxist, but a man who believes in Soveriegnty for nations.

I highly recommend this book, especially for research purposes.

Just finished the book. Unreal. Thanks for the recommendation. I was blind with fury through most of it. It definitely convinced me that I am ashamed of this shithole and I need to find another place to live.

I'm currently reading Rogue State by Blum. Pretty maddening too.

One of the greatest pieces of ammunition in arguments against with the cappies that I have ever read... If you hit 'em with theory they usually give you a look that dogs give you when you talk to them, but with Blum they are not only stumped but also understand what you're talking about.
