Oh my god, The Hours is the most incredible film I've seen in ages, I command anyone who is even remotely in touch with their feminine side to go see it, it is so moving.

I can't really tell you much about it but it has an incredible script, written by this incredible guy called David Hare (I think so at least) and it's got a brilliant cast (Nicole Kidman, Meryl Streep, Julianne Moore, Toni Colette, Clare Danes). It's so brilliant, so moving, o my god.

I will definitely go and see it. I read Mrs Dalloway a few years ago, loved it and am now a Woolf fan. Isn't it a combination of Woolf's life, Clarissa Dalloway's and a modern character's, or have I got it completely confused/conflated?

It is an amazing movie. Seriously amazing, everyone should watch and analyze it.

It's a connection between three women in three time periods. WATCH IT!!!

Films involving Meryl Streep are usually extremely shit. Always about her dying friend, mother, son etc.

True, but this movie is very good. You can learn from it, and I found myself to relate to it. It's good.

Well, ok it is about Meryl Streep's friend dying but it is still incredible, but no, it is not about Clarisaa Dalloway.

And I really related to it too, there was one bit that just made me realise that Meryl's relationship with her friend is so similar to how one of mine was with this guy, there's something he said. It's incredible, absolutely brilliant.

Hmmm...from what I have read, Meryl Streep's character is supposed to be a modern day Clarissa Dalloway, the plot is also based on the book, and the character she plays is also named Clarissa *shrug* I suppose I will just have to see it.
