Gordon Brown is willing to cut the UK’s fleet of nuclear submarines from four to three. Is Trident still needed?

I don't think that capitalism can satisfy needs of population and of industry without nuclear energy. first capitalism must be destroyed and then nuclear energy will be abolished. there are alternatives for production of energy, but it is not possible to make it massive because of market and prices in capitalism.

Liberal politicians will cut nuclear weapons here and there but while nationalism still exists nuclear weapons will still exist.

There's always one country running around with them. I doubt it will ever change I'm afraid.
