they do a good version of rock on rockall although in my opinion that songs need to be quicker and louder like it is when i sing it, almost like a football chant but with more of a melodic ring to it. i think we need more rebel songs sped up.

They're a terrible group compared with some other Irish rebel bands. I've seen them live a few times at the Easter commemerations in west Belfast, and they've generally been shit.
Eire Og, Shebeen and the Wolfe Tones are better bands in my opinion.

Gary Óg (singer from Eire Óg) is a money grabbing eejit mate. Played different clubs against eachother to see who would pay him the most, after promising all of them he would be there. Granted he can pen a tune, but that caused a bit of scandal the length of the road.

Indeed, but the Irish Brigade at the Felons last Easter were definitely a bit shit.

In all honesty most Irish Rebel bands are shit and completely over rated.
If it were not for their politics they wouldnt get a second glance.
As for Shebeen, I hope they rot in hell, the provie wannabe blow ins, ginger bastard.
