No doubt this will get moved, but it is relevant none the less... What is the crack with Antifa and Class War websites? None of them are getting updated regularly? Have people been busted or something?
With all this shit going off with right wing groups, immigrant plights, capitalists growth during OUR loss... we need these groups to be our voice...
Anyone our there know what the fuck is going on?

Who cares about the websites? Why haven't these groups been opposing rightist demos recently? It's easy enough to complain about UAF and SWP doing the job of the working class, but when it comes to getting out of your seat and publicly opposing these racists, it seems this is too much to handle for Antifa.

I would suggest you don't make such insulting comments on things you clearly don't know alot about. You do know many known anti-fascists were raided by the police recently in an act of intimidating and subsequently many comrades are on bail? I think you fail to understand the difficulties anti-fascists face in their activities.

Also, to say there has been no Antifa presence on the streets recently is absolute shit. The nature of the group means they hardly go around blagging about everything they have done, but yes the website needs to be updated, this is something that has concerned a few of us and it will be dealt with.

What Pogue said. Perhaps when Redson finds himself facing custodial sentences and/or politically crippling bail conditions he comes back and makes his point again.

However, even with this there should be more from antifa, its not hard to update a website and there are people willing to do it, but I do recognize their are issues over secutiry.

Until the site gets back up to speed, direct people to this forum, users on this forum can keep people up to date with things antifa would usually comment on.

For the record it was not my intention to be come across as insulting or anything like that. No, I do not know of these particular instances but I do very well understand that anti-fascists are under constant threat from the law, and I think that if it is the case that these bail and probation conditions prevent them from continuing their work, then maybe it's time to give groups like UAF a chance. Apologies, Comrades, for any misunderstanding.

Accepted. :)

I also just want to say (to everybody) don't be bothered to confront people who spend all their time in this forum like myself or Pogue, we enjoy being challenged it sharpens out debating skills. A couple of new users have apologied for what they said, and I don't want it to feel like anybody who disagrees with our 'party line' will be brow beaten by us. Myself being mod doesn't come into what I say, I can be wrong myself.

We do give UAF a chance, but there are also things like the organising of militant antifascists in Manchester that UAF have, for the second time, tried to undermine. They did it when they officially stayed away from the MEP protest, and they tried to do it now when they organised a seperate protest far away from the existing one. Just as they did with the 2008 RWB festival to start with.

They have often failed in what they do and what they say, but we still give them a chance, however if they do not change in future they will always be on the receiving end of our criticisms.

There are solid criticisms to be made mate, don't be scared to make them, its just sometimes there are things that happen to people which make getting involved difficult.

What Holden said really, challenge us, I have enough experience in anti-fascism to be able to defend my positions but an open enough mind to hear criticisms of my positions, Holden too.
