Well they were the mainstream band from the 1st album, but they at least played some kind of trash metal and they didn't sound to shity.
But the main problem is to me when musicians start to change their music because of market. Then you get idiotic albums such as "Metallica - black", "M&S" (or is it S&M??) etc...

I agree actually. Metallica Black really wasn't very good. Somehow the song Enter Sandman ended up on the Rockband game though. How, how, how?! :confused:
