Up to 2,000 people marched in Dublin today in protest at proposed Government cuts and the planned National Assets Management Agency (Nama).
The protest was supported by the Socialist Party, Sinn Féin, the People Before Profit Alliance, a number of socialist groups, trade unions, striking workers and several anti-Lisbon groups.

Also around 400 marched in court in opposition to it .
This was also organized on the backdrop of dozens of other independent protests over the past week or so across the country
