A lot of prominent socialists have ended up in exile in Cuba. I dunno if they grant "asylum" though

^Indeed they have, it's in their constitution.

ARTICLE 13. The Republic of Cuba grants asylum to those who are persecuted because of their ideals or their struggles for democratic rights; against imperialism, fascism, colonialism and neocolonialism; against discrimination and racism; for national liberation; for the rights of workers, peasants and students and the redress of their grievances; for their progressive political, scientific, artistic and literary activities; for socialism and peace.

Information regarding asylum can be obtained from the Cuban consulate or embassy, there will be one (or both) in Amsterdam, Den Haag or Rotterdam, or possibly all three. Cuba has granted political asylum to many Communists, particularly victims of the United States, I believe Huey Newton spent some years in exile there. Of course fearmongering is not quite as prevalent today, McCarthyism is a thing of the past and Communists are not generally as oppressed as they have been in the past, the only occasion when Cuba have recently granted political asylum was to members of Hugo Chávez's cabinet during the Venuzuelan coup in 2002 when a small number of socialist politicians escaped to the Cuban embassy in Caracas. To be honest I don't know how they'd feel about an anarchist, after all, their main objective is to get rid of the establishment, if I was Raúl Castro, I personally would not want to grant someone asylum, just so that they can do everything in their power to topple my government.
