Can anyone explain to me the Obama Joker thing?

This one. I know it gets disseminated by right-wing lunatics who claim Obama is a socialist, but why the Joker connection? What does the Joker have to do with their perception of Obama's supposed socialism?

I'm guessing they're implying that if supposed socialism will cause chaos if implemented, or that perhaps they feel his plans to reform the health care system is somehow stealing from some American people in order to provide healthcare for others.

As for why the Joker connection? Well, he was a "bad guy anarchist" in the movie so they probably thought it looked bad if they made posters like that of Obama. Yeah, I know, they're pretty low on creativity on the Alex Jones planet. That's one of the reason no sane person wants to go anywhere near it.

No, I mean Obama's politics don't represent "Socialism" his politics are "Post-partisan" or "bi-partisan"... which is just code for Clinton's Triangulation which is code for "New Democrats" which is code for neoliberalism which is code for capitalism.

Maybe we should just counter with posters that show Obama and Bush in Joker costumes giving money to banks that say "Capitalism".
