Leeds city council leader Richard Brett has spoken some rubbish during the bin strike, now he has literally to deal with some rubbish. Check out http://www.24dash.com/news/local_government/2009-09-16-City-council-leader-targeted-as-Leeds-bin-strike-gets-personal :)

this morning 14 bags of rubbish were dumped on his doorstep.
All 14 have a poster attached which reads ‘solidarity with striking Leeds refuse collectors’.
Nice. Personally I wouldn't have done it in secret though, but rather as an act of civil disobedience, with large crowds and youtube videos :D

Six people have now been arrested as a result (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/west_yorkshire/8260429.stm). Looks like they've all been released without charge (I've heard, that article just says they're still in custody), but still pretty scary.

What would/could the charge be?

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/west_yorkshire/8260429.stm]This story doesn't say, according to this thread (http://www.revleft.com/vb/leeds-six-held-t117751/index.html) it's "what is understood to be Public Order legislation". All sounds pretty shaky.
