Fast Food Nation - Nasty Stuff!

I have just finished the chapter about the E-Coli and other viruses and am now seriously considering becoming a veggie. Some of that stuff is really sick.

It is. Don't eat fast-food vegetarian either, some of the substitutes are just an alternative and may contain meat articles or are cooked using the same utensils that meat has been used with. It's basically just a vegetable burger not a vegetarian burger. I don' eat fast=ffod anyway, it all tastes like cardboard, contains cardboard, over-priced and capitalistic.

I just finished reading that book and I will never ever eat fast food again (also see the 'a list of companies that use sweat shops (http://www.che-lives.com/cgi/community/topic.pl?forum=14&topic=289)' thread),I didn't eat much fast food anyways because McDonald's crushes all unions made by their employees.In one of the chapters it says that there's shit in the meat,that's why there so many viruses.It's so sick.
happyguy is right,some of it does taste really horrible,although they add tons of artificial flavour to make it taste good.

Sick indeed. In the main mcdonald$ in town there were stroies of what a couple of male employees did into a deep fat fryer. This is one of the reasons of which I convinced alot of people to boycott the place, apart from it's Imperialist empire, the greed, ths slave labour, the enviromental effects and plain bad taste. Also in the place a guy was stabbed and there was still blood on the walls beside the door he was stabbed at for a month.

Brilliant book. It shows that capitalism is slowly destroying the human race through bad food, overworking and enviromental destruction.
