The fighting between the Republicans and the Democrats causes the contents of Obama's health care "reform" to change every few weeks. I no longer have any idea what is in the plan Obama is proposing. My question is this. What, exactly, is Obama's current (as in this week, lol) plan for health care reform? I put a link below, is that accurate?

Now, I know he isn't proposing universal coverage. I recently heard there won't be a public option. There will be this awful, low quality coverage for those who can't afford coverage from a private firm. Right?
I was reading an article the other day on a Trotskyist website and it said that Obama's plan is to help the employers save money by slowly phasing out employer-provided coverage, while forcing workers to accept bad coverage from his "reform" at the same time. Is that right? I want to say it is, but I don't know all the details. That is why I am asking stuff here.
