We watched this the other day in one of my classes. besides the horrible acting. i was thinking, this overpopulation thing IS comming fast. Also the theme that the rich are the only ones who posess real food and the masses are left to starve. what do you think?

also has anyone read the story this is based on? More Room, More Room?

I have not read the book this is based on, but I have heard it and know the idea. What is the name of the book? This also sounds like a writing, I am not sure what it is called, where they eat babies. I think it is called "A modest proposal", and I only know this because a reference made on the cartoon Sealab:2021. Hey! Lets all eat each other! We could use a few 3 billion people less on this world

yeah soylent green is a dead man, i saw the movie --> great story, bad film, horrible acting
