AAMB targets invading occupation tank with RPG
The Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades, the military wing of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, targeted a Zionist tank with a rocket-propelled grenade north of Beit Hanoun on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at 2:28 pm.
This came in response to an invasion by Zionist forces, who entered 800 meters into the Gaza strip near Beit Hanoun and began destroying agricultural land in northern Gaza and forcing farmers to flee.
AAMB issued a communique stating that it would continue to resist in response to the ongoing crimes of the occupier against our people, and remain a watchful eye protecting our homeland and our people, until victory.

– Patrolling Israeli forces exchanged gunfire with Palestinian fighters in Gaza on Thursday morning, a zionist military spokesperson confirmed.
The incident follows an increasing level of violent activity at Gaza's northern border region, with clashes announced by Palestinian militant groups up to half a dozen times a day for the last three days. Israeli forces have confirmed two of the clashes.
The Israeli military spokesperson said that in the latest clashes Israeli forces returned fire after coming under attack while on patrol along the border in the central Gaza Strip.
The Hebrew-language news site Walla also reported Israeli soldiers exchanged fire with Palestinians, putting clashes southeast of Gaza City. The report said Israeli forces returned fire after coming under attack, and added that Palestinians fired mortar shells at the Israeli forces.
No injuries or damage were immediately reported by either side.
Overnight, Palestinian fighters said that they exchanged fire with Israeli forces in the northern Gaza Strip, though Israeli military denied the incident.
Two groups, the Al-Quds Brigades the military wing of Islamic Jihad and the Palestinian Eagles Brigades(fateh), said they opened fire on an Israeli force near the Ash-Shubaki Orange Grove, north of the Town of Beit Hanoun. The groups said in a statement that Israeli forces returned fire.
The brigades added that their attack comes as was to Israeli attacks on Palestinians, especially fishermen and farmers in Gaza.
On Wednesday afternoon, clashes erupted as Israeli bulldozers and armored vehicles entered 800 meters beyond the Gaza border near Beit Hanoun and began destroying agricultural land near the border.
Israeli soldiers reportedly fired on civilians in the area as they began bulldozing lands. Farmers fled the area and shortly after they reported hearing explosions from the same direction.
The Military wing of the(PFLP) Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, the Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades, claimed they launched a rocket propelled grenade shell at the invading forces.
An Israeli military spokesperson confirmed the presence of troops in Gaza, saying forces "uncovered explosive devices" in the area and had snipers detonate the devices. She also confirmed troops were fired on by Gaza factions, but reported no injuries or damages.
