i lately got the hebrew edition of the book "stalin" by isaac deutscher. it is from 1,946, but i heard that the author was really unbiased. he was not one of those people that visited the USSR and swallowed the pro stalin shit, or one of those anti communist authors. in the start of the book i read that when stalin was a child his father beat him. that explains a lot. also, any of you can recommend me another good book about stalin?
