Hey Everyone,

I'm a communist from NZ. I am in the Workers Party, and have been an active member since 2007.

My views at the moment are Marxist Revolutionary. I dont really know much about Mao/Trotsky etc and what the differences are exactly, as I try to avoid the sectarian aspect of politics as much as I can. I dont really feel I have enough education about the differences anyway, so there is no point in giving myself labels that I don't understand. I do know that I am a MArxist and that I am a Revolutionary, so thats probably a good starting point.

I am studying music. I also work in about 3 different casual jobs at the moment.

I also have a sloth obsession if that means anything to anyone. Hence the sloth pictures....

Anyway I look forward to engaging in discussion and debate with everyone. I am particularly interested at present about not only furthering my education with economics, but also with questions around feminism etc and how to address that from a revolutionary perspective.

I hear sloths sometimes get confused between what is a branch and what is their arm, and they grab hold of the wrong one, and the results are not productive, needless to say.

In any case, welcome to the forum. I ask you to channel your non-sectarianism towards continued progression of the forum. I mean to say, we're missing a lot of that.
