I've yet to come across a good class analysis of aliens (potentially) living in society.
BUT - I did find this telling quote from Engels :

Of course Marx believed in aliens. Alienation is a basic tenet of Marxism. In fact, it is the concept of Alien Nation (not Alien Class as treacherous Anarcho-Trotskyists would have you believe) that explains the exploitation of the working class.
