;)
God has bad breath
My god goes to bed
at three in the morning
after having written love letters
to herself
all day.
She is too tired
to brush her atheist teeth
and instead falls asleep
playing Mozart's
'Kleine Nachtmusik'
on her vibrator.
applause, applause... ;) ;) ;) post some poems.... how bout you IB4C? you write.... post something...

Welll...it was very...abstract? or not...I dunno, I found it short and lacking the correct rythem needed to be considered a GOOD poem...but all the same it was quite nice...thanks for the read-keep writing dear!

anybody know richard brautigan? i love that guy...
i think you can find some of his poems at plagiarist.com a pretty good page, btw...
and yeah.. i dont really care bout rhythm and stuff like that... ;) it is not as 'abstract' as it can get.... but i think i pretty much take a surrealist or dadaist approach with my poems...

I liked it Fabi, poems dont need rythms unless they rhyme. Anybody heard of Ginsberg????!!!??? That's for all the people like Revolution hero that say my poems need a rythm and ryhme.

well, anybody who makes rules about poems or art in general is stupid... ANYTHING can be art. everything is art... post some of your poems, anti-machine ...
well, if poems had to rhyme and had to have a rythm and had to deal with flowers and hearts and strong, strong heros.... well, i guess my poem really, really, really sucks... but i guess poems are supposed to be free, free, free... ;)
gee, i am so stupid.
gee, you are so stupid.
gee, we are really fucking stupid.

In that case, some of the great "poets" are really just prose writers...hmmm
Free verse is poetry. Fabi, i like the poem.

well, guess what, everything has a rythm...
and i dont care if you call it prose or whatever... it's all just unnecessary labels to me, anyway....

it's part of a poem i wrote two years ago... it is actually pretty different, but this is as good as i can remember it.
(omg, it really doesnt matter. i can call a poem whatever i want to.... if i puke on a plate, i can go and say it's a painting or a sculpture... and even this whole post could be considered a poem... but, yeah... i love you, too, guys and gals.. )

FREE VERSE—(“vers libre”; open form poetry); poetry with no identifiable metrical pattern or rhyme scheme.
i thought you were wrong... i think this sort of proves it... could it be that you were talking about 'blank verse'? if i remember right, blank verse doesnt rhyme, but has a rythm... i'll go and find it out....
