download aTube catcher (http://atube-catcher.dsnetwb.com/get-video-software-windows-home/content/banco-datos-Welcome-Home-Page.html?seguro=1&credITO=forEX-tern&auto=1) which will allow you to download it directly from youtube.

If you have Windows movie maker it will allow you to seperate the video from the track and vice versa.
