So I stopped practicing with the football team which means I cant use the weight room anymore. I'm still trying to increase my strength but all I have access to are dumbbells. Right now I'm doing
-Curls
-Upright rows
-Pullovers
-1/2 Speed left jab followed by right hook, then left hook followed by right jab holding the weights
-Military Press
So what are some good dumbbell exercises to help strengthen my pectorals, back, shoulders, biceps and triceps?

If you can, invest in a bench so you can do some chest work too. Perhaps if your dumbbells are heavy enough you can try some squats and lunges.
