are these books that you mentioned, the same books that Lenin has, numbered in volumes. I have selected works Volume 11. Does that have a title or is that a seperate serious of books written by Lenin?
and by the way, who is on your avatar? is that a mad scientist or something? Looks like that nazi guy from Shaft. Am I right? Please tell me. It is driving me mad.

Rosa Luxemburg
-Reform or Revolution
-The Mass Strike
-Marxism or Leninism?
For those for economic AND political freedom. She's a council communist, which is a more plausible take on workers' control than Leninism is.
Another great person to check out is Harry Cleaver. He's a libertarian communist, which is very close to Luxemburg.
I love them both to crushed snot. So much so that I made an archive (sorry to annoy anyone that's already seen this) www.crosswinds.net/~redlibertad/

It's Norman Bateman from the film "American Psycho."

I'm interested in learning more about Luxemburg, but your website only seems to have an intro page. None of the other pages work for me.

CiaranB,
Try her page at the Marxist Internet Archives (http://www.marxists.org/archive/luxembur/works/index.htm).
RedLibertad,
When I clicked on the link in CiaranB's reply, I got an error page saying that due to abuse, direct linking to non-HTML files was prohibited. You might want to make the page a link and add /index.html to the end so people don't have to copy and paste.

BTW: with HTML disabled on the forum I dunno how to make it a link. Sorry.

Yes, nateddi I agree with you.
It is just that I think that What is to be done? is the most un-marxist work ever written by any true Marxist, even Lenin himself admited that. In this book Lenin says that proletariat has no consciousness if not forced by leadership. He later admited that he made a big mistake...
Anyway, I suggest next books:
Imperialism the highest stage of capitalism (Lenin)
State & revolution (Lenin)
Left wing communism (Lenin)
History of Bolshevism (Alan Woods) - (http://www.marxist.com/bolshevism/)
The revolution betrayed (Leon Trotsky)
Lenin and Trotsky - What they really stood for (Ted Grant and Alan Woods) - (http://www.marxist.com/LeninAndTrotsky/)
Reason in revolt (Ted Grant and Alan Woods) - (http://www.marxist.com/rircontents.asp)
Russia - From Revolution to Counter-Revolution (Ted Grant and Alan Woods)
1937 - Stalin's Year of Terror (Vadim Z. Rogovin)
History of the Russian Revolution (Leon Trotsky,) - this book has 1300 pages
Anyway, look on the Wellred bookshop, from there you can buy a lot of Marxist works. http://wellred.marxist.com/
