Hello comrades!!! I am a young student interested in communism and radical leaders. I've checked out many books on revolutionary leaders, but I did not completely trust the authors (ex. they shove their goddamn OPINIONS in these biographies). Does anyone know any good books with mostly or purely fact about communist leaders? (as u can see, i love reading).

btw...
can someone explain to me what good and evil is? (from NONreligious perspective) I'm 100% atheist and can't seem to understand what evil is...

THANK YOU!!!!!
:star3::marx::hammersickle:LONG LIVE COMMUNISM!!!:hammersickle::marx::star3:
i love these little marx smilies!!...there should also be a stalin smilie, lenin smilie, mao smilie.....ok i'll shut up now

Welcome to revleft, I'm not the super philosophical type so I guess I'll have to pass on the "what is evil" question.

However it is somewhat difficult to get information that doesn't have any political leanings to it. I simply suggesting reading as many opinions on something and then deciding for yourself which is the most credible.

If you like reading then we are starting up a book group for revolutionary leftists http://www.revleft.com/vb/group.php?groupid=217.

Hello comrades!!!
Hello and welcome.

btw...
can someone explain to me what good and evil is? (from NONreligious perspective) I'm 100% atheist and can't seem to understand what evil is...I don't really think such notions exist beyond theological discourse. And to the extent that they do, I think they are inaccurate and subjective. The most credible argument might be that "sociopathy is evil", and even then, it isn't credible at all. Words like "evil" are thrown around for scapegoating and vilification, and often in order to blame individuals alone for their actions, behaviors, and circumstances while ignoring societal causes and other external factors.
I think the word ought to be retired from rational discourse.

I also moved from Seattle, though I had to because I ran out of money and was in college. So I remembered that my parents still love me and came back to the place a grew up.

Strangely, you'll find a combo of neo-con richies, liberal yuppies and working class paleocons. Its fun.

but as a Spokanite I like to know where the Washington comrades are.

Do you know of any youth communist or socialist groups in Spokane?

None that I've run into and I wouldn't bet on it. I know of a comrade on this board who lives in Walla Walla, but thats all I know. I haven't actively looked, but seeing where you're from caught my eye.
