As communists, anarchists, and socialists off all different types I imagine we have all heard incredibly stupid things come out of the mouths of pro capitalists.

However I have a challenge for you guys. A few years ago I heard a few guys in their 40's make some of the dumbest statements I have ever heard. While in the course of an argument one man was insistent that the bourgeois was not in fact a social class but instead a type of expensive furniture. A few minutes later his friend produced this gem when he said "Karl Marx disproved all of his ideas when he became the dictator of Russia".

Can anyone produce anything dumber than what these two men said?

I attended high school in a small conservative town in the American deep south near two or three large military bases

I went to a few debate club meetings

the sponsor of this particular club had a close relative serving in Iraq at the time

the club decided to receive donations of food and gifts and shit to send to Iraq

I of course refused to pose for the "troop-supportive" photo that would accompany the gifts since I did not support the troops
They quickly became angry and defensive and told me that regardless of whether I supported the war, I must support the troops
I kindly tried to explain that my position was not one of pacifism
I supported the troops that were resisting the coalition invasion and had no sympathy for the armed agents of Western imperialism
This of course didn't help in the slightest
I didn't attend any more debate club meetings after that

And even many liberals themselves fail to realize - quite understandably, considering the 24-hour propaganda apparatus that most have in their homes and the scope of indoctrination in general - that there are actually living people and organizations further to the left than "liberal Democrat", which isn't on the left most of the time to begin with.

Does Obama's physical appearance change depending on who is looking at him and who he is talking to?

I thought just came into my head. No person had the right to impose their will on anyone else right?

What if Obama is more than human, and he found a way to manifest his appearance, ethnicity, and religious background based on the mentality and pre-conceived notions of the person looking at him?

For example, hard line conservatives might see him as a muslim of mixed arab/african descent. Not because of them, but because that's how Obama chooses to show himself as.

Democrats may see him as a bi-racial American.

Someone in china may see him as a Chinese sun god.

Someone in Saudi Arabia may see him as a golden eagle that is supposed to bring them to the promised land.
