Rimbaud - anyone else like his work

Has anyone else read his works. He was a young french poet who was a communard in paris during the comune. He has influences many great people from Picasso, Kerouac, Dylan to Morrison. I really like his poetry, and his life was also fascinating, but most people don't know him.

I think that Rimbaud is well-known. I've read his works mostly in French, I don't like the translations made of his poetry... An the story of his life is also very interesting.

Really most of the people that I talk to have never heard of him, probably because they are a bunch of ignorant slaves. Also I think that the life that he led is just as interesting as his works. He met Marx many times and heard a lot of important disscusions in paris and england. He really is very fascinating.
