OK, we all know about Di Canio, Abbiatti and Buffon, but what about the others?
Alberto Aquillani admitted his fascist views too. De Rossi seems suspicious too.
Add someone if you know.

We just signed him! He better not voice any of his views then if he wants to play much for Liverpool.
He apparently denies it even thopugh he has a statue of Mussolini in his house - http://www.clickliverpool.com/news/local-news/125668-aquilani-denies-fascist-link.html. I bet the Spanish players who play for Liverpool won't like him very much if he is indeed a fascist.

Gianluigi Buffon, the Italian national goalkeeper, has worn a T-shirt sporting the fascist slogan, 'Death to those who surrender'. Buffon also raised a few eyebrows last year when he picked 88 as his shirt number for the new season. The decision upset Italy's Jewish community, which pointed out that the figure is sometimes used as a neo-Nazi symbol - 'H' is the eighth letter of the alphabet, so 88 equates to HH, or Heil Hitler.
Buffon denied any knowledge of the link, claiming: 'I have chosen 88 because it reminds me of four balls and in Italy we all know what it means to have balls: strength and determination.'
"Death to those who surrender" was a slogan for far-right riots in Reggio Calabria in 1970. Combine that with choosing 88 for his kit number...

The first time Aquilani plays for Liverpool, the fans should start singing Bandiera Rossa to see how he reacts.

At Milwall they sung about Ian Thomlinson against the police, but thats as far as it goes, although Liverpool is more left wing a club than any other so if it happened anywhere it'd be there.

You having a laugh?
The LFC lot here are so tied to the Orange Lodge it's sickening. It's not uncommon to see 'kick blacks out of football' (pun on the UEFA 'kick racism out of football' campaign) wristbands on Liverpool fans around games.
If you're a leftie growing up in liverpool and you're looking for a left team, the Irish question is going to be the litmus test, and Everton will be your team. That isn't to say Liverpool FC hasn't always been the team of old-Labourism, i'm told regually of SWP/Militant et all holding stalls outside games, but this was always in knowledge of their fanbase being tied to the Lodge.
Two of LFC's founders, John Houlding and John McKenna were proper orthodox Protestants with strong links to the Lodge. And I think im right in saying they were the last team in the Prem to sign a black player. I remember watching an interview with John Barnes recently too where he talked about the consant racism, even death threats from Liverpool fans during his early career.
Football's not my thing really, but I know enough to stay away from LFC. United for me ;)

I thought both Everton and Liverpool had Methodist links? Also, Liverpool and Celtic both sahre the song You'll Never Walk Alone, hardly something a load of Orange fans would like. I would like to see some proof that Liverpool fans (including Samuel L Jackson, who I'm sure would not support a team with racist links) include a bunch of Orange/racist pricks.
Liverpool's first black player was Howard Gayle, who signed in 1980 = he was also Newcastles first black player in 1982.. Chelseas was in 1982, Blackburn doen't seem to have ever had a black player, neither have Bolton.

Liverpool aren't left wing or right wing. These silly links to either side are stupid and usually involve about 4 fans.
Like most british clubs today they are a-political at best.
