they originally mean monarchy, fascism and "communism" I think but are just generally an antifascist logo these days as seen in the badge of RASH and other left wing anti-fascist groups

it can't be. the facsim, communism, monarchism thing is because it was origionally used by a 'liberal democratic' group in Germany and the 'communism' was Stalinism, it was stolen by militant antifascists.

A friend has it tattooed on his forearm, and he claims it's anarchism, socialism and communism united against fascism (hence all three arrows are going in the same direction).

I'm pretty sure that in his version, the arrows are all the same width, unlike this version:
