Is there such a thing as constitutional anarcho communism?
I mean a nation without government, with "companies" run by workers and a laws that can be added, changed or removed by common consensus (by everybody or a large randomly selected group)?

I guess that could happen. After all, anarchy is not anomy, there are rules to live by, rules that have been voted by the peoples' councils and their legitimacy (the laws') can be challenged at any time.
But i wouldn't refer to it as 'constitutional' anarchism, the term is redundant.

There will most likely be very small governments because not everyone in a large area will agree to a constitution. If a government forces that constitution on the people it is a state and therefore, not anarchist or communist.

A constitution like other legal documents requires a state to enforce it. When you introduce the state Communism and Anarchism is over in one blow. Maybe you can try it on a commune level, but on a regional wide, it would give birth to a state.
