normally, a good idea gets taken over by a lot of people very fast. almost every position, we can call leftist has a really large number of supporters, such as feminism, socialism and so on. to me personally, the freedom of women, of the homosexuals, the workers, the controlled and oppressed in general, belong together. But in everyday life, these ideals, even if they are strongly present, are separated.
In the last couple of weeks i worked in a cement factory and this time showed to me once again, how strong racist or sexist prejudice is common between the socialist workers.
This example showed to me, what, from my opinion, is one of the central challenges for every revolutionary anarchist: creating large surroundings in which the different fights are led together in one fight: the fight against power and authority in general.

i think that a discussion about this topic really could help us all on our way.

The fight for socialism is the fight for freedom. While Marxists see the working class as instrumental to this struggle - because of our universality and fact that we factually already run society (just not control it) - the fight for women rights, LGBT rights, anti-racism, internationalism, etc, are all part of this aswell. Of course not everyone might realise this as yet and as a result backward ideas like chauvinism and nationalism may be prevalent under workers. However, it is our task as socialists to propagate for unity and freedom for all!

Welcome :)
