Really? No seatbelts with a child driving can never be safe. What if the child accidentally pressed the brake? They might fly out of their seats. Also, regardless of whether it was dangerous or not, posting a video of it on youtube, emphasising the speed of the vehicle, is worth of consideration for mention in itself.
