However, punishing racism requires standards as to what racism is. There are no clear cut definitions in racism, because there are no clear cut definitions in race.

Militant racist groups who lynch, murder, beat, kill, fire bomb and terrorize are not people who say things that offend me. Those, my dear, are people who try and kill me and the people that I love. They are an entirely different subsection of the population categorized far, far away from people who "offend my delicate sensibilities."

I don't really care about racists as long as they don't infringe upon my liberties. As far as statist societies goes, I don't expect the government to silence them or punish racists (until they harm someone), but it doesn't mean I won't personally engage in activities against them.
