Unlikey but you never know till you ask. Apparently they've installed non-flammible bins this year round which sounds dissapointing, still should be lots of crazy stuff to do.

And of course some decent music to listen to.

Leeds is a music festival, lots of different genres.

They need non-flammible bins because of several incidents last year (and the year before of people setting fire to bins or using htem as huge bongs, or having races in them.)
