Kalamashaka - Anyone who knows where to buy??

Hello.. I would like to know if anyone can help me find a cd of Kalamashaka?? Its hip hop from Kenya or Tanzania I think.. Only found a couple of songs on Kazaa..
I would also like to know if anyone could help me find good music in spanish like Hip hop, reggae and music wilth political message that isnt metal or punk?
