I'm just wondering if anybody else has noticed a change in how they relate to people and society since they started to critically analyise these things?

Being a Marxist who see's a lot wrong with society i have found that i dont relate to my friends and peers as well as i used to. Ok well its not that i have lost friends, but i find that i am more intolerent of people who cant see what i see. I also find that in relation to women i want to be with that its getting harder and harder to find someone who doesnt annoy me. Is it just me or is society just really shallow and intolerable?

I think this is an important topic because if we ostracize ourselves from society because we notice how ugly it is we have no chance of being heard by our peers.

Maybe im just odd:lol:

I can relate to what you are saying. I find that a lot of people can be quite shallow but other times I feel shallow myself.

Yes, but the point is we dont ALL think this to be the case.

Is this the philosophy section?:)

No the pseudo-philosophy section, it's called Chit-Chat. And just because we don't recognize our own monstrous nature doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

CaptainJack, your a little brat, there was surely no need for that attack.

What attack? May I say? Just my irrelevant musings on the human condition, and nature of Chit-Chat. I hardly think that makes me a "brat".
