This would be the thread to post the best of all soundtrack music. The prerequisites for posting a song is that it must be used in a game/film/whatevah to support visual effects. Most soundtrack music is classical, and in games they might sound old-school (for example the 8-bit ones).

I'll start I'll post them as links or this page will become way too heavy to load with older computers. If you post large quantities, please do the same:

Adagio for strings is a legendary classical piece, not originally a soundtrack song. This version however is near perfect, and can only be heard in the game: Homeworld... ... ... Mistakes are possible, correct me if I am ill-informed

Who could not love the old disney songs!? :) Disney's main composer in the 90's was one Alan Menkel. I suggest you all search his songs. We all know who composed the music of Lion King though... ;)

Godzilla soundtrack was pretty awsome.
Also, Matrix and Trainspotting ain't bad.

I dont know about soundtracks with music made specialy for the movie,show etc but the Lords of Dogtown has a good soundtrack.Hendrix,Sabbath,Nugent and lots more
