Where can I find more info on this?

By revolution, I mean the one where they gained their independence from the Ottomans. Not the anarchist one brewing right now.

I would advise wikipedia, but take what you read there with a grain of salt. It is polluted by all kinds of anarchists. As far as I know, the Greek rebellion did began as an Albanian rebellion as an Albanian Pascha rebelled against the Ottomans and dragged with him some areas of Greece.

I can only recommend general histories I'm afraid. Hobsbawm's Age of Revolution briefly mentions Greece in that it places it in the context of the 1820/1 revolutions. Caroline Finkel devotes more time to it in Osman's Dream but this is, as its name suggests, a general history of the Ottomans

I've not read it myself but it looks like Finlay's impressive work History of the Greek Revolution (http://books.google.ie/books?id=KEUOAAAAYAAJ&dq=finlay+greek+revolution&source=gbs_navlinks_s) is available free to download from Google Books. You have to be careful with 19th C literature though - its usually very good to read but not the most academic or trustworthy. Which is an understatement

The revelant Wikipedia page might have some good references in its bibliography
