Try DJ Dawn, Tony de Vit, ATB, Dumonde, Cosmic Gate and Ian M if you can find any of his stuff.
I'm surprised you're interested, I thought almost all of you listened to RATM and punk.

You don`t need trance at the gym. Fast rock music is much better.

You mean something like Slipknot? I don't mind them but so-called 'serious' music fans hate them!

Maybe I'm a serious music fan then! Cause I hate them too. I mean bands like Nirvana, Soundgarden, The Pixies, Metallica etc. Ok maybe it's not that fast, but it helps me when I'm doing some sit ups.

amazing track, i change my trance style often while djing, but i played that in a club once and everyone went nuts. Hype track.
You may not like this, but this song always has a good effect on the dance floor:
Brooklyn Bounce - Club bizzare [DJ Scot Project Remix]
its like an year old though. Around the 3 min. mark, listen to the build up. This always pumps me up for a work out, or a jog.
you seem to be into hard trance(which is amazing to work out with), so i will suggest the guy who got me into hard trance(and trance in general):
GARY D
search for his tracks or his mix's. He puts out cd's every year in germany called "d.trance"
its pretty sick.

i don't know..i just don't like his style. Not really cutting edge, he just plays songs that he knows people will like. I like dj's that play music and take risks, and have their own style.
I have listened to a few of his mix's and techincally he's not that great either. He doesn't really do anything special on the turntables. I just dislike the fact that he's sooo famous for doing something that most people can do.
(i am talking about him as a dj only. Not as a recuritor for music labels.)

Yes, but DJ's are, at some point, supposed to play stuff that draws in the crowds. That's how the superclubs work. :cheesy:
Sure, Pete Tong isn't flapping about all over the place like Judge Jules or Carl Cox, but like any good DJ, he reads the crowd. He plays what they want to listen to, he takes them up high and brings them back down again.
I was once two feet away from the console at an LTJ Bukem gig, when I caught the motherfucker staring straight at me, eyeballing me and everyone within a three-metre radius. Made me feel self-conscious as fuck, but he was just checking out the crowd. Good DJ's do that.
Nvm. So Pete Tong's not your cup of tea. What's cutting edge for you, then? :)
