How do I download and install it?
Download should be in the form of a .wsz file, or as a .zip file which you can rename.

When you download skin for winamp its been in wsz. file, double clicking on downloaded skin you instal it, this is a simplier way, or copy wsz. file to C:/Program Files/Winamp/Skins, or copy wsz file in folder skins in winamp folder if been instaled winamp to other place, renaming is not necessary, thanks very much everyone for downloading my works. Sorry for my english, if you have any other question please ask me and sugest me if if you have any idea for my future works.

The download gives me a .gif file.
I have a piece of software called SkinnerToo that I might be able to paste the .gif into to create a .wsz file, but I'd rather have the original .wsz you created.
