I have no idea how some people reviewing it thought that the game was seriously promoting right-capitalist ideology. It's more like Pokemon combined with parodic intent and guns. Also with 'Ayn Rand's Wall of Text is super effective!'

Anyways, a walkthrough:
1. Talk to the woman without agreeing with her, until the option comes up to shoot her. Do so.
2. You will then find some communist vampires attacking you. Defeat them with objective truth, and do not shoot them because that would just make them stronger so that you would die and the world would descend into feudalism.
3. Now for vampire Lenin. Refuse to join him (I have it from dubious sources that he is your father), and you will have to fight. Here, you can't rely on your ideals, as you're even worse at theory than Lenin (which is to say, you really, really suck. Or your character, whatever). So just keep shooting him. It may seem futile, but remember, as long as you're not dead, you must be doing something right. Eventually, you shall get a golden Colt, which will kill Lenny. You then get to listen to the Heroes of Old.
4. Ignore the prostitute. IT'S A TRAP (Actually, I have no idea what happens if you accept, since I was far too dedicated to my deregulatory quest to bother, but it was an attempt to lead you off track).
5. When fighting the FDR robot thing, continually ask him to debate, and then refuse to surrender. Remember, ideas are bulletproof! (And Vox Populi suck) (Update: It turns out that it doesn't actually matter which options you choose for the fight with the robot thing, until he asks you to surrender, when you have to say that you will never surrender. So you could talk all the way, shoot all the way, or any possible combination. Perhaps you can use his choice here as a way to show character development or something, I don't know)
6. Die. But remember, death is not the end, and in death you live again.
7. You come back as super-saiyan Gerry (?), and only have one option, so do that.
8. Now FDR assumes his true form! Attempt to discuss with him rather than shooting him. Then call upon all the heroes of old rather than surrendering in the following choices. After your call for help is absorbed by the darkness after you use up all three spirits of old, call upon the spirits of old once again, and enjoy the finale.
