Dirty Diana, obviously...

I always thought Thriller was overrated. I understand its importance given how ground-breaking the video production was, but as a song it's not his best.

They Don't Care about Us is very good, although I can't think of it as a Jacko song for some reason. Just sounds too gruff and hip-hop.
