Also Harry Conklin, but Harry Conklin is the epitome of badassery, so that's something of a given.

Edit: Ah yes, and let's not forget Ecco the Dolphin. I mean, seriously, the guy travels through time, and, after fighting off trilobites, goes through a giant, hellish meatgrinder while killing aliens in order to save his pod. You don't get much more badass than that (except when it comes to Harry Conklin).
