I enjoyed this films when I saw it, however I realised that it was a piece of bourgeois propoganda. If you look at it the three protagonists are all the things that people at the Daily Mail will label us revolutionaries as. Also their ineffective and misled tactics also seem to promote distrust of leftism.

I liked the movie, but hey. I usually don't judge whether I like a movie or not on whether it is in line with my political beliefs (as few are)

Bit of an absurd concept for a film, but the relationship between the kidnapping victim (forget his name) and the protagonists was gripping, especially the brief scenes when he seems to be recovering his youthful idealism and SDS involvement...
