These musics aren't real dub. They're remixes, but not of a dub style.

Dub is a restructuring of a reggae song so that there is particular emphasis on the drums and bass. Various parts of the melody line are brought into the mux at artistic intervals to create a very different sound to the song.

To the untrained ear, a dub version can sound merely like an instrumental version, but there are certain "norms" to a dub, which makes it dub.

The best way to know dub is to hear it.
If you were to download these two songs, it would be a good example:
