That is one truly bizarre graph. I'm not entirely sure whats going on haha. Just a series of arrows pointing and bad spelling.

It's a pic that makes fun of libertarian "logic." Basically that no matter how much we point out the period of highest economic "liberalization" coincides with the period of most frequent crises and turgid economic growth, their solution is to liberalize more and more, as if saying they acknowledge more liberalization will not make things better because the state is still not entirely gone, but once it is... oh, once it is, you'll see! You'll see the true glory of TEH FREE MARKET!!!!1

Basically, they don't appear to accept economic policy merely leaning more and more towards a so-called "free market" as being indicative of their belief that the unfettered market is the pathway towards the best economic growth. It isn't good enough to just approach it. Apparently, you either go all the way and embrace TRUUUUUUUU capitalism, or you'll get bad results. Only once we actually do get there will we see supposedly the benefits.
