You can order the second one online at:

http://www.bloodandfire.co.uk

If you're interested in checking out some of the tracks on them, you'd be able to get some of them on Kazaa. Here's a tracklist:

[list]
A Quarter Pound of I'cense
Blood of the Prophet Parts 1 & 2
Every Man Ought To Know
Fire Fe the Vatican
Melt Away
No Peace
Open the Iron Gate Parts 1 & 2
Revelation Time & Hammer and Sickle
Tacko
Three Blind Mice
Valley of Jehosaphat
Warning Warning + Version[list]

Not in that order, but still. It's a great album, nice reggae from Max Romeo. You can download his most famous tune here: realreggae (http://www.realreggae.com)

I don't know much about the first album, but it would be heavy dub, I'd imagine. The revolutionaries were the house band at Joe Gibbs studios (someinmes, at least).

Have you ever heard Joe Strummer's cover of A Quarter Pound of I'cense? It's pretty good.

Was that on his newest Mescaleros Album, with Johnny Appleseed? I think I heard it. The clash does some good reggae covers/impersonations.

btw, did Max Romeo ever do a Mr. Chatterbox cover?
I actually think the song has a good sound but I think I heard somewhere he covered it.

Yeah, he did a pretty good cover of it, it's quite true to the original (whether that is necessarily a good thing or not, I don't know). I mentioned it at random somewhere in chit chat I think, not for any particular reason.

Bunny Lee produced the Wailers version, and I somehow imagine he did the Maxie version also.

Rasta, have you ever checked out the Blood and Fire (http://www.bloodandfire.co.uk) website? I think I mentioned it to you before. It's good though. Pretty much any question you can come up with regarding reggae will be answered there. There are some knowledgeable people there (such as reggaetrain, and this guy called canikickit).

Wait, I'm confused, who's on the album with Che on it ? Anyway, Max Romeo is great, such a smooth voice. Anyone like Johnny Clarke ? I recently bought some of his stuff and it is SO good.
